Personal data will be processed for the purpose of administration of registered accounts, as well as for the purpose of processing submitted orders, if such orders are submitted, pursuant to art. 6 (1) (b) and (f), and upon consent for distributing the newsletter pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Data will only be shared with entities legally entitled to receive them. Personal data will be processed until expiry of the statute of limitation for possible claims after deletion of the account, and in case of the newsletter – until withdrawal of the consent for further processing of data. In case of any purchases made, date relating to the invoice/bill will be processed until expiry of the statute of limitation for tax obligations. All persons have the right to access their data, to correct them, to have their data removed, to restrict processing of data, to transfer data, to raise an objection and to withdraw their consent any time, which does not impact the lawfulness of processing activities conducted before the consent was withdrawn. The data subject has the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. Provision of data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the fulfilment of the abovementioned purposes.
